Interested in vending at our 2026 show?

Specific Times –
Thursday March 12th – SETUP – 1-5PM (specific times may be assigned). 
Friday, March 13th – 10AM – 5PM 
Saturday, March 14th – 10AM – 4PM. Load out after 4PM until time TBA (6pm?).

All applicants will pay a $10 non-refundable application fee upon submitting this form. This goes to cover the cost of time and energy needed to review and manage applications.

Please note the following:

10×10 single booth – includes 1 8″ table and 2 chairs – $150
10×20 double booth – include 2 8″ tables and 4 chairs – $285

Corner and endcap requests will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.  Please note this in the ‘additional details’ box on the booth preferences page. 

Applications are due by midnight on October 12th.  Notification of acceptance will be sent no later than October 31st, 2025.

Fees will be due by the last day of January, 2026. After this date, cancellations will result in a half fee refund. By February 14th, no refund will be issued unless it’s extenuating circumstances.
