Learn Something New at the Brazos Valley Fiber Festival
One of the best parts of a fiber festival is the chance to learn from the people who know, practice, and love their craft.
The 2027 Brazos Valley Fiber Festival will offer a variety of classes and workshops for fiber artists at different skill levels, from those trying something for the first time to experienced makers ready to explore a new technique.
Interested in teaching?
We are looking for fiber artists, makers, and experienced instructors who would like to share their skills with our festival community.
Classes may include:
- knitting
- crochet
- spinning
- weaving
- dyeing
- felting
- embroidery
- surface design
- fiber preparation
- traditional techniques
- other textile and fiber-related subjects
Whether you teach regularly or have a particular skill you would love to share, we invite you to submit a proposal for the 2027 festival.
