Why March? Why so close to the date of East Texas Fiber Festival?

We have a deadline to use some of the funds we have been given for this event. It is impossible to hold anything before the end of 2024. January and February are also terrible months for shows. We chose the first weekend in March 2025 because it is the same weekend as “First Friday” in Downtown Bryan and also allows people to travel as it’s the first weekend for most Spring Breaks. We understand there is some overlap with East Texas Fiber Festival at the end of the month, but we also know that we are about 4 hours away and know that many of our customers do not overlap.
